Integrity

As a third-party company, Extensive Standard Technical Services Co., Ltd. (ESTS) believes in the basic rules of independence, objectiveness and integrity. We inform and train our employees on our integrity policy. ESTS implements zero tolerance policy and will terminate employment immediately for any employees violating the integrity policy. Please report any violation to our independent Integrity Department at integrity@estsglobal.com.

ESTS Statement of Impartiality

In order to maintain impartiality, integrity and guarantee the independence of certification activities, ESTS hereby makes the following declarations:

  • ESTS fully understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities. Our structure, policies and procedures are designed to manage any conflict of interest and to ensure the objectivity of our management system certification activities.
  • ESTS management conducts risk assessment annually on impartiality and potential conflict of interest relating to management system certification business. These risk assessments and related managing actions are reviewed by an independent impartiality committee, which is made up of members from our significant stakeholders.
  • Conflict of Interest and objectivity is further covered through regular training and monitoring to ensure all management system certification activities are conducted in an independent and impartial manner.

The above statements declare ESTS's standpoint of impartiality, integrity and independence. All employees of ESTS should implement strictly and we welcome supervision from the society.

ESTS attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. In order to continuously improve our service quality, we will humbly listen to your opinions or suggestions and make timely investigation and addressing. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the certification and audit activities of ESTS or the client companies audited and certified by ESTS, you are welcome to present to ESTS Integrity Committee at E-mail:  integrity@estsglobal.com
